APPLICATION PROCESS
TIMELINE:

Applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the commencement of the desired internship period. For instance, applications for the month of the December internship batch must be received on or before 1st November.

Applications be sent via email to the Selection Committee at internship@diac.ind.in.

INCLUSIONS:

  2. 2. Cover letter/statement of interest describing the applicant’s objectives and motivation in applying for an internship with DIAC
  3. 3. Letter of Reference preferably from the University of the applicant
SELECTION PROCESS

All applications received within the prescribed timeline will be considered for that particular month’s intake. Applications received thereafter may, at the discretion of the Coordinator, be considered for the subsequent month.

EVALUATION AND SELECTION:

All applications will be evaluated by the DIAC Secretariat under the supervision of the learned Coordinator, DIAC based on a structured assessment rubric that takes into account the applicant’s Curriculum Vitae, Statement of Interest, and Letter of Reference.

CONFIRMATION:

A maximum of 20 interns will be selected for each four-week cycle. This number may be increased at the discretion of the learned Coordinator. Selected candidates will be notified of their selection via email, and internship slots will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which the selected candidates communicate their acceptance.
