Schedule 'A' • Administrative Costs
Fixed administrative filing cost payable at the time of application:

- Includes case intake and designated emergency registrar coordination.
- Additional hearing fee: ₹ 3,500/- per day for DIAC facility utilization.
- Hotel, travel, and airfare expenses are excluded and borne equally by parties.

Remuneration for the designated Emergency Arbitrator:

15% of Schedule B / D
- Calculated as 15% of the total fee payable under Schedule B (Domestic) or Schedule D (International).
- Subject to rapid disposal timelines (order within 14 days under DIAC rules).
- Equally shared between claimant and respondent (50% each).
