A delegation from the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC) visited the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) on 10.11.2025. The delegates were received by officers of the DIAC Secretariat, who presented an overview of the Centre’s evolution, governance, and initiatives aimed at fostering a robust arbitration ecosystem in India. They were also acquainted with DIAC’s institutional rules, case management systems, and digital infrastructure designed to facilitate seamless and efficient arbitral proceedings.
The delegation toured the Centre’s premises, including its hearing rooms and support facilities. Meaningful discussions were held on the intersection between commercial courts and arbitral institutions, the enforcement of arbitral awards, and the significance of judicial support for arbitration.
