Yes. Consolidation of proceedings is governed by Rule 6 of the Delhi International
Arbitration Centre (Arbitration Proceedings) Rules, 2023. Kindly refer to the same.
Q5. Whether parties can file, view, and download all documents submitted in arbitration
proceedings through a secure online platform?
Yes. With the introduction of the e-filing facility at DIAC, all stakeholders in arbitration
proceeding can view and download the documents filed on the e-filing module. Parties/Counsels can file pleadings and other case-related documents, while Arbitrators can upload their orders/awards on the same platform.
Q6. Whether there is any facility for arbitral awards to be securely signed electronically by
Arbitrators?
This depends on whether the concerned Arbitrator possesses a valid digital signature. DIAC
does not issue digital signatures to Arbitrators.
